By booking a service with RO Care Patna you agree to the following terms.

1. About us

RO Care Patna is an independent, multi-brand RO water purifier service provider in Patna. We are not an authorised service centre of, and are not affiliated with, any purifier manufacturer. If your purifier is under the manufacturer's warranty, servicing by us may affect that warranty — please check with the manufacturer first.

2. Charges

• Charges depend on the purifier model, its condition and the parts required. Spare parts are charged as per the part actually used.
• The technician informs you of the total cost after diagnosis, and work starts only after your approval.
• If you choose not to proceed after diagnosis, only the nominal visit charge informed at the time of booking is payable.

3. Spare parts

We use good-quality compatible spare parts unless you request original manufacturer parts and agree to their price and availability. Removed parts are shown to you on request.

4. Service warranty

We provide a service warranty on work done and parts fitted by us. The warranty period is mentioned on your bill. Warranty does not cover physical damage, damage due to voltage fluctuation, water quality beyond the purifier's rated limits, or tampering/repair by anyone else.

5. AMC plans

• AMC is valid for 12 months from the date of payment for the specific purifier registered.
• Inclusions are as listed for the chosen plan. Items not listed are chargeable.
• AMC charges are shared after inspection and apply to the purifier in working condition; purifiers needing major repair are inspected and repaired before the AMC starts.
• Scheduled visits not availed within the AMC period lapse and are not carried forward.

6. Scheduling

Visit timings are confirmed on call. Same-day visits are offered where possible but are subject to technician availability.

7. Payment

Payment is made after work completion by cash or UPI. AMC fees are payable in advance. A bill is provided for every job.
